Zadar Archipelago

Would you like to meet the soul of the islanders and to know their habits? Would you like to walk through the olive groves and pine forests of the islands of Ugljan and Pasman? Would you like to climb the highest peaks of these islands that afford magnificent panoramic view across the Zadar archipelago? Why don't you try to live for a day or more in the way the islanders lived for centuries? Experience this kind of vacation together with local people that, even today, live this autochthonous life. Here you can join the fishermen in their daily work, catch fish with them, explore beautiful beaches and small bays or, in the summertime, take a swim and enjoy.
There's no need of pointing out that the food is absolutely fresh and healthy: fish caught in the clean sea, olive oil of exceptional quality and finest aromas, fresh fruits and vegetables from local gardens. This kind of vacation can be experienced through the whole year, because every time of year has its own interesting specifics in which you can participate and enjoy.
Olive tree at Kornati island

Would you like to plant your own olive tree and to have your own olive oil of exceptional quality and finest aromas? Would you like to visit the old olive mill and participate in olive oil production?

Bird watch
There is no better way to escape everyday stress and gain some inner peace of mind than to spend your vacation in bird watching. Save at least one spring day for the complete experience of well preserved nature while watching the birds singing. Walking is an integral part of bird watching. Sometimes you may have to walk along beaches or through vegetation. The rewards for these walks are often sightings of birds. Often the best views are from roadsides, footpaths or island's peaks. Don't let the pheasants surprise you while walking through olive groves. They are surprised by your visit, too. With a start of first autumn rains, the birds are visiting us on their way to warmer south. You can do the same.
